CHI CHI EYE PALETTE

Meagan Rawlings

I traveled to Christchurch recently to hang out with Nikita and she was lovely enough to let me steal her face for my blog! If you aren't following Nikita on Instagram yet then you should be, this girl is super talented and has over 45,000 people following her amazing makeup looks. For this eye look I used the Chi Chi Cosmetics Spices Palette which is incredibly pigmented, unfortunately the individual colours don't have names so I will refer to the colours as numbers from 1 - 12, left - right when explaining this look.

Products Used

Mac Groundwork

Chi Chi Spices Palette

Benefit Roller Lash Mascara

Brushes Used

XO Beauty Concealer Brush

MAC 217 Brush

Zoeva Luxe Smokey Shader Brush

Zoeva Luxe Petit Crease Brush

Zoeva Luxe Pencil Brush

Step 1 - Using the XO Beauty Concealer Brush blend a thing layer of Groundwork all over the lid making sure to really blend the edges out so there are no harsh lines.

Step 2 - Using the MAC 217 Brush blend Shadow #2 through the crease, this will act as a transition colour.

Step 3 - With the Zoeva Smokey Shader Brush press shadow #4 all over the lid, this is a beautiful rose gold colour.

Step 4 - To deepen up the crease blend shadow #9 on top of your transition shade with the Zoeva Luxe Petit Crease Brush

Step 5 - Take the MAC 217 Brush again and blend out all the edges, you can deepen up the crease more here if you like.

Step 6 - Rather than use an eyeliner I have used shadow #10 on the Zoeva Luxe Pencil Brush and pressed this along the lashline and blended it into the lower lashline

Step 7 - I added a wee bit more shadow #9 into the crease and under the lashline then finished with a few good coats of Benefit Roller Lash Mascara.

I hope you enjoy recreating this look!
